I think this is actually the shorter video. If I remember right the guy gets back into his car because people are trying to beat his ass, and then he runs into a couple more cars while trying to get away...

Yeah....this is a classic case of "I can't drive so your car must suffer" syndrome. I think the guy was half drunk when he does this. Video is about a year or so old and seen it on a couple other boards. Shocks me everytime still.
