Speaker replacement and no base

I bought Polk Audio EX369 and Polk Audio EX365 speakers to replace my existing speakers in my 04 accord. The installer said that if I install these speakers I'll loose my entire base. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to purchase to recover the base? They suggested a tube...
