TXR3 unleash the power of BOOST!!!!!

I found this out when racing dejected angle.I noticed a small square box under the boost gauge.I allways wondered what it was for.Anyway if you hit the select button while your racing, the square box flashes in red,and you can see your boost guage needle raising. But thers a down side, your engine over heats more faster. You can only do this when a battle. It gave me more top speed too! Before i was doing about 225mph now its more like 235mph.Its kinda like NOZ but without the blured effect.I haven't tested it on a car that has a engine swap, and i don't think you can use it on NA cars.Thers another little box under the speed odometer that i have no idea what it does?do u know?Post your BOOST stories here!

if you read the manual it tells you how to do this, it is nothing special. it only works when you put the boost level to 3 in the Car Settings>Other category.

What the fuck is NOZ? Go back to ricer land.

You can use boost in N/A cars by holding down Select in the Course Selection screen and through the loading screen. You can only use it twice I believe...
A Pantera withthe Level 8 Engine tune and boost is the fastest car in the game IMO.

Sorry about the mistake,it's NOS Nitrous oxide system.there are other sytems like it,ZEX,NX,NY-TREX,Venom, you've might have heard them before! If you have February issue of SUPER STREET 2004 theres a few pages on nitrous oxide! And i'm allways in race land it's the best place to be.Thanks for the tip it works great.Whats the max speed on your Pantera?I have a the newer version RX-7 with a full carbon fiber body engine 9 and an engine swap to a 724HP 73.?TQ Turbo 6L.I just hit 240 with it!! 1/4 mile time of 9.201 at around 150mph.

I think the GT w/ boost is faster than the Pantera, but it doesn't mater because that car turns like sh*t on wheels
