suspension problem

i have a fourth generation honda, with aftermarket shocks and drop springs. i put in a camber kit as well, so that sums up suspension mods.

the problem is that when i go over speed bumps, or just plain deal with road conditions, the front suspension is noisy, not so much squeaky, but like some other sound, like something rubbing, or maybe not enough lubrication.

as of yet im not sure what the hell it is, and its really irritating. when i push down on the car it creaks, yeah thats it, thats the sound, creaking. do you think its just lube or what? thanks in advance.

Re: suspension problem

Hard to say without hearing it. Check/lube bushings especially the lower strut mounts & ball joints

thanks for the replys guys. as i did a full check on all of my suspension just a while ago, i discovered that that irritating ass sound was coming from my camber kit. the brand is backyard special, some JDM brand i was told. i sprayed silicon and wd on it to no avail. im going to try to take it off and see what i can do to eliminate that sound. any suggestions? thanks again.

Re: suspension problem

Try using the stuff for the back of brake pads, Molykote would be the best but $125 for a little jar.

Re: suspension problem

I used Heavy Duty grease by Amsoil on my Skunk2 front camber kit (on the bushings of course) and has squeaked since I did that. Before I used the stuff it would squeak after 2 weeks.
