My friend just bought me some euro dash gauge cluster trim. You know the one that looks like the gauges are sitting farther back in the dash. Like the plastic trim around it blocks out the light so I can't see the needles on the gauges. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how did they fix it. Do I have to trim the thing so light can go through or what? Any help would be appreciated. I am using the stock gauges right now and can see the numbers fine but can't see the needles. Thanx again.

Isn't that quite a predicament!?
![]() Perhaps, you can let the light in from somewhere... but, I think you are better off by buying some indiglos.

You have some options. You can:
(A) buy white face guages (B) buy indiglos (C) trim the cluster so the dash light above is not disturbed (D) add a little 2" neon (E) paint your needles a brighter color ie. white, yellow, etc (F) Drive with a headlamp on If those ideas don't suit you, we'll brainstorm some more. Good luck.
