How to tell if its GSR tranny

I have a LS integra and my tranny is pretty much shot. I want a GSR tranny but i cant tell if its LS or GSR. The tranny is on a wrecked integra but its a LS/vtec. I have the vin# off the tranny its(y80-1042498). I just wanna know how to tell if its a GSR tranny.Like is there something to look for or can u tell by the vin#. Thanks brandon
