Angry Why Mitsubishi doing this??

just don't know what the hell are they thinking?

Why let us wait and guess about the EVO VII ?? Can't they officially say something??

I think they already have 3.0 engine in US, if they can not slove the problem of front mounted intercooler, why not put the 3.0 engine ( which is also 200+ hp on Ecllipse) in it and make it US-spec EVO VII ??

I am waiting for US EVO VII, but can someone very very sure HOW LONG I have to wait ????????? Everybody here is talking about it and love that car, but look what Mitsubishi done to us......

No i will never want a 3.0 Liter Lancer EVO VII.. why? because it uses up more gas and those are for the V6 cars.

I rather get a 2.0 Liter 4 cylinder TURBO EVO!!! saves gas and is fast.

did you mean 2.0 instead of 3.0. the CEO has already said we will get it next year. We will find out if this is true on Jan 12, 2002 at the NAIAS at detroit (detroit auto show) I'll be there! anyone else?

Im getting fed up with all these "evo 7 to the US" threads. F**k, make a "Evo 7 to US whinge" thread. You all repeat the same thing over and over again. Wait patiently, you will get your turn.

When news comes in discuss it, stop discussing news that is 1 month old.

a non-turbo, six cylinder evo?!?!?!? part of the appeal is a small displacement engine kicking the shit out of a mustang or camaro. if mitsu ever THOUGHT about putting a 6 cyl. in the evo i wouldn't even consider it. i'd be out the door to subaru. 6 cyl. evo, what's wrong with you?!?!?!?

it would be nice to have a engine similar to the one in the toyota supra. (6cyl twin turbo), however, the extra weight would slow it down, and destroy the perfect balance the car has now.

would probably be nice for a "street car", but dont forget that we are talking about a rally car here.
