i've noticed alot of the civics now have just a single wiper arm does someone sell a kit to do this and how much does it cost

For your information you'd better check with local laws. In some states it's illegal.

But all you do is move the passenger's side wiper to the driver's side. Including the arm.

Thank goodness I didn't get a hold of my car back in those days... that would have been my first modd. Followed by painting my underbody trim yellow or red. LOL.
