Does anyone know how to bleed a clutch? -URGENT

Hi, I have a 92 honda accord and I just replaced the clutch master are slave cylinders. The problem I am having now is on how to bleed the clutch system.

I hooked up a hose to the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder and put the end in a jar 1/2 filled with brake fluid (DOT 3) and made sure all bubbles were gone before tightening it.

I tried all night, but was unsuccessful, my clutch still will only stay at the top or the bottom and there is no resistance when I push it just snaps down.

Is there something I am missing here? Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance!

-Paul

Re: 92 accord bleeding the clutch?

keep on pumpin.. pump in and then tighten.. pull the pedal out the loosen.. pump and tighten.. pull pedal.. repeat making sure the clutch fluid resivor is full.. then after doin that maybe ten times you should have pretty much need clutch fluid all thru the lines.. tighten the the bleeder.. then then pump in and out.. pull it out if you have to.. just keep pumping.. make sure the resivore is full.. and not sucking in air... hmm... if this doesnt work i'd say there is something wrong with the CMC (clutch matser .. blah) pull it off and check it out.. see if its pumping and sucking in the fluid..
