Probably be easier to hook it up to the turn signal. Just tap a wire to the positive side of the horn and run it to the turn signal bulb positive wire. Then the relay would cause the horn to pulse.
Besides, the first thing anyone deos when they sit in a car is push the brake. How did he even get to the end of the street??

I don't ever hit the brake before driving. I start the car, release the ebrake, put it in gear and go... but I did wonder the same thing at first too..
