timing belt

is there a timing belt or is it a chain on the 99 windstart. also when should it be replaced to avoid problems in the future.

Almost sure it's a timing chain, but not sure, I have a 96 Windstar and it has a timing chain. I believe Ford suggests replacing the timing belt at 60,000 miles.
