Problem with Air Conditioner

I have a Primera 2000/ same as the infiniti G20. No slide switch on the Air condition Module. All one-touch (push button). The Temp Control is Variable control.
Problem with A/C. Please help
Symtoms: With System set to manual mode. Temperature control set to 32 Degs C. Only hot air flow thru the vents.....thats ok. But when I change the Temp. Control to 31 Deg C. Cold Air flow thru the vents and is uncomfortable for early morning and night. As I turn the control closer to the 18 deg C level it gets colder. I checked a few A/c Technicians they all recommend replacing the A/C control Module.
I replaced it with a used Module but the status is the same. I located the motor under the dashboard and I notice the lever driven by this motor goes all the way to one direction when the Temp. Control set to 32 Deg.C and then all the way to the opposite direction when I switch the control on any position between 18-31Deg.c.
I did some voltage check on the 5 wires going to the motor with connector unplugged from the module.
wire1 12 volts with control at 32Deg.C no voltage on wire 2
wire 2 12 volts with control bet. 18-31 deg.c and no voltage on wire1 wire 3 GND
wire 4 2 volts
wire 5 5 volts

With connector plugged into the module. the status is the same except for wire 5 the 5 volts reduce to 0 volts in about 4 secs whenm I switch from 32Deg C. to any temp between 18 & 31Degs.

I need know to know if the problem is the module with the motor or the second Air Condition module I installed have the same problem?.
Could someone check the motor module under the Dash just next to the Brake pedal to see how the level driven by the motor respond when the temp. Control is changed. or even check the voltages on the connector?. No panel to remove, its visible just under the center dash.
Thanks in advance
