1991 Cutlass Calais Quad 4

I want to change the spark plugs, how do I get to them with this Quad 4 engine? Also, I have cold air blowing from my heater, and when running the air conditioner the passenger floor gets wet and seems to cause the engine to run rough, as if it will die upon acceleration. I have changed the thermostat, with no change, but the radiator fan seems to be running constantly. I know I have just listed several problems, but thought they may be related. I would really appreciate your help, thanks.

The Spark plugs are located on top of the engine directly under the large 2-4 bolt aluminum plate. As for your second question, it is possible that you may have core problems, I am not exactly sure but most vehicles have their core's located either against the passenger
firewall or within the firewall most are a real pain to deal with and usually the the best way to deal w/ this is to take it to a shop as it
may involve digging to find the leak, or cutting and/or welding aluminum tube.
Good Luck !
