New (to me ) 2000 M3 i have questions and comments

Greeting gentleman.. first off i'll lt youknow that i do find the car impressive.. i own many cars the highlights are the LPE Ws6 427 NA+ Nos and the Z06 Lpe 427 TT with Nos.. both arefast and supesnionally fantatic handler , due to proper gear selection.
I own Imports.. but have never owned the BMW.. i can say it handling prowress is impresive of course m used to a bi more hp and Torgue.. beut the car makes good use of what it has.. it feel much stronger than rated.. my plans fr now are a
Zex unit..( i youall think thats a good idea0 and hiflow cat and exhaust.. going to magnaflow and hope that it will retain that European sound..

coments.. well asi said i'm truly impressed.. My Ws6 (with addition suspension mods and a weight of 3400 is a razor handller.. but the M3 seem not to be far behind stock..

i personally think its agreat car though peopl treat me like a snob when i pul up in th M3 .. hen teven the Ws6 cost alot more in its present modified position and is mint.. forget about the vete..

.

Questions.. whats my quickest route to bump the hp.. is the ex safe for it.. aas i only use NOS products.. this will be a first, i've hear good an bad, but i hear of alot of E36 with the Zex unit.. ya now something reasonable.

ok the car has 85 k miles.. though i know it was Bmw servied ..and 70 % of th mies are hwy.. it fomerly bolonged to my oldr sister.. any comments or suggestionsjust fire away.. i love to hear what you all experienced M3 drivers have to say.. its a white four Door.. yeah i guess you tastes change as you approach 40..lol
rims are /have some curb rash.. and i did order some ATS mercury.. one of my main questions is it a bad idea to remove the staggered rimw size in this way i'l rn 235's al around..and b able to rotate.... though some may think its an imposter M3 when and if i do it..

suggestion welcome.. as i can refuse dellivery of the Ris and tires and stick with the stock M3's they aren't that bad at all( looks maintenanace wise)

thanks and glad to be part of the M community as i have insighfull inf on the American cars.. even though i'm from Europe, Italy to be exact.. .. in Europe you grow up wanting an American V* monster well i got that no to the finer things. the M3 is impressive even the paint doesn't show any sign other than "i'm brand new' you don't see that with 4 y/o American cars unless they are well kept.. by an anal retenative like myself..

sorry about the lenght .. i love writing in english..lol

Don't bother modifying the M3 engine...they like to blow up stock from the factory, read this: http://members.roadfly.com/jason/m3engines.htm
