I was just wondering if you could all reccomend to me the most cost effective internal work i can have done to produce the most hp gains on a b16, i hear to drop in the acura type r intake and exhaust manifolds for +6hp each, is that true? i know that isnt internal but i thought i would add it..

if you want good gains i would get ITR cams. you could put almost any ITR parts in the b16 but they dont come cheep.

get a port and polish, stroke and bore the motor, hot tank it, raise compression if staying NA, or lower it for turbo, new valvetrain parts, 3 or 5 angle valve job, kinfe-edge the crank, balance the entire rotatiing assembly.
