painting the interior

how does one go about painting the interior, such as the vents and stuff? thanks

get some paint and a paint brush and go at it

easy as that huh? or would it be better to take each item out and spray paint? and where do i go to get my color matched to the outside. say that somewhere on the car or just call up GM?
