Unhappy 4wd Wiring Diagram 95 K1500 Pickup

I AM IN NEED OF THE WIRING DIAGRAM FOR THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE SYSTEM ON A 1995 CHEVY K 1500 PICKUP. EVERY TIME WE SHIFT IN TO FOUR WHEEL WHE BLOW THE FUSE.

You dont need a wiring diagram, your problem is the thermal actuator for the fron differential. This is a common problem. If you look under the truck, passenger side you will see the actuator. Its a small round thing screwed in the to the differential just before where the axle bolts up, you cant miss it. Its the only thing on the axle with a wire plugged in it. Un plug the wire, replace the fuse and then see if it blow. If it doesnt, you definatly need a new actuator. Cost is about $60-$90 depending where you shop. Last couple I bought I got from the dealer. The only tool you need to replace it is a medium size pipe wrench. Dont over tighten the new one.
