Cool i guess this is the right area for this question, but kustom paint jobs

aight, i saw this pic and was wondering.... is there some type of custom paint job that would have the same type of effect?

Actually I believe that the whole body is chrome, at least that was what I was told. I think it would be madd difficult to pull this off, any and all flaws would probably be fully visible

umm...all i can see are red x's, so i really dont know whats going on, but from what ive read, if its like that jaguar xj show car, its polished aluminum, and it just looks chrome
