92 Marquis - Engine Block Heater

Having own my car since new, this is the first winter where I've decided to use the engine block heater that is suppose to be standard on all Canadian models (as per the owners manual). However, at this point after an hour of looking, I can't seem to find the darn three pronged male ended cord that I need to "plug" my car in.

Help. Where should it be?where should I look harder?
