hmmm...
i guess it is the difference in the body...if u see the 95-96 front bumper and back bumper... they both are slightly different from the front and back bumpers of 97-99... 97-99 front bumpers are more attractive and more stylish.... and in their back bumper the reverse light is in a different position... so i guess the coversin kit means swaping both the bumpers to 97-99 bumpers...hope it helps... but i might be wrong

thats basicly correct, it makes your 95-96 look like a 97-99. there are various advantages to this since not only will your car look more stylish but it will also be able to fit 97-99 upgrade parts such as new headlights and crap like that. but there is no real advantage to this, its just a waste of money. 95-96 look just as good as the rest of the 2gs.
