Used to when I was younger, but that was 15-20 years ago. These days the money goes on the house, the kids, the computer.Still like to pile in for the odd dirt - track derby, currently got a 2L Mazda Luce(929,notRX-4) ready to strip and trash.

Well the best place for me used to be at Thunder Park in Hastings till they dig it up and planted stupid fucking grapes.
1/8 mile drags at closed meetings in different towns was the other.

The only place I would race is at the track, whether it be a drag strip, road course, autocross in a parking lot, whatever. I have raced a couple of times on the street, but that just gets too scary with the traffic and all the other drivers out there.

Drag Strip is the BEST PLACE TO RACE! I don't like the 1/8 mile strip, the 1/4 mile is better. Also, its good because you get unlimited runs(atleast at Atlanta Dragway) and you get to watch the other cars too and you get time slips and see how fast your car is too all at the same time. Also, you don't have to fear cops!

The best place to race is at the drag strip, simply cause there will always be a winner and a losser. No excuses, u have the times to prove it, and tons of peeps as witnesses........and u dont have to worry bout no po po's:sun:
