Blazer S10 Xtreme

Anyone know of a place to get the double spoked rims from a newer model S10 or Blazer Xtreme? If anyone knows a cheap place to get a tire/wheel package for these I would appreciate it. I have seen some on Ebay end for $500 with pretty new tires but do not like spending large amounts on Ebay. Would rather buy them from a good source, not joe blow off the street.
They are going on my 2000 Blazer so they should fit/look great once I am finished fixing up my stock 4 door.

Also if anyone knows a good place to get a K&N Cold Air intake and a Throttle Body Spacer, that would be good too.
