ho do i............??????
can someone tell me how to do simple things like lowering and changing colors? i don't have photoshop (wish i did) all i got is arcsoft photoimpression 3.0

this is just a pic that i want to use to learn with. thanks.

well if youi really want to do a good job you should get photoshop...if you dont know how *coughs*kazaa*coughs* my be a lil help.
