I don't know really i have that same engine in my car with the headers and cold air intake all the mods. But i'm running 75 shots of nos and chiped it. I"m running a low 13 second 1/4 mile. Your about right probably mid 14.

Re: b16a with mods question ?

I have a Zex Wet system 75 shot kit. You can look at it at zex.com Make sure you run a linear shot. It makes your engine last longer. My engine is running great and i only squeeze it if i'm lucky 4 times a month. Just don't abuse it and you'll be fine.

Linear Shot

Linear shot makes your engine run longer and it gives it less stress on the drive train. As you go through your gears the amounts of nos enterned into the system is determined by what your RPMS are for exp. 3500-4000 rpms 40 shot is dispersed through out the lines. This only happens when you squeez. So if your at 7000 to 7500 it will shoot 75 shot you got it. It makes your tank last much longer. That equals less $. Just look around for it and ask.

Ok

So ya go to whatever place your looking at buying the Zex kit from and ask them about running the Linear shot. If they don't know what that means tell them what i told you. I have found in different states they call it differnet. If they work will nos alot they will know what i'm talking about and it will inprove your car's and motor duribility.

B16a and a few bolt-ons......14's..........i highly doubt it.

my bro has a 2nd gen b16a(170HP) stock in a 93 civic hatch cx (lightest hatch) with just intake and stock piping. His best run was a 16.2 at LACR with traction problems (stock rims an tires). Let me tell ya something, that little civic pulls alot harder on the street then the track.

obviously you didn't notice wut track we run at. go run your 92hp auto crx at LACR(Los angeles County Race Way) and tell me you will run under 17's, hell you would prolly run an 18. At sea level without the heat we have here he would more then likely run a mid-low 15.

hell even when they had the NIRA out here they were running between 1 to 1.5 seconds slower then other tracks due to the conditions out here.
