Does someone know where there is a how to post on makeing bonnets (i think thats what they are called) a.k.a hood scoops. here is an example...
![]() I had found a japanese website that showed how to make them but i forgot to place it in my favorites and i cant find it. Can someone help me out?

Bonnet is just the British word for hood but I'm not good at making them.

It's just that bonnet is English and hood is American, isn't it?
Anyway, if you look at those two pictures you can almost tell how it's made. All you need are plastic sheet of 0.3-0.5 mm, solvent putty, a knife, needle files and sand papers. Cut the bonnet, measure the opening, cut out strips of plastic sheet, glue them, apply putty, file, sand, then finish with a few coats of primer. |
