Unhappy data link connector

can anyone tell me about where this plug is on a 2000 chev express full size 350 van....fuse panel, kick board , drivers side visor....it has to be here.....thanks

It is on the driver side below the steering column. Do not look for the old style data link connector. 1996 and up the connector is a little different.
