sill panels

i had my sill panels out to instal wiring (subs and amps) anyways.. when i tried to put the panels back on the clips snapped off.. this is an 04 cavalier coupe anyone have any tips on how not to break the replaccement ones i bought when i put them in?

Same thing happened to me when I tried to run wiring for my amp in my 96 Cavalier. The connectors snapped when I tried to take the panels out. The Cavalier's interior is junk. Everything broke on mine inside: Both of the door sill panels, the plastic piece around the driver's seat bottom, the seatbelt trim came off, & probably other stuff. Other than that, it was a pretty good car for the money. I sold it w/ 110,000 on the odometer and I had no major problems with it up until then.

they came out just fine... i just dont know how to put them back in
