Unhappy Swap to Vtec

The Std. 2.2 engine in my 97 Accord Crapped.... I ordered a used engine and got a vtec instead of the stock(their mistake). It's too much of a hassle to send it back......I think I have gotten most of the pieces I need to make the swap, but what about wiring in the the vtec computer? Is there a "storebought" wiring harness available. If not, where can I find info. on how to. Thanks to anyone who might be able to help me.

Re: Swap to Vtec

Not resal sure about your car but with the integras you can just run a wire to the vtec solenoid and a wire to the knock sensor and wire that into the harness. But like I said I am not sure about your car.

Re: Swap to Vtec

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll check that out. Does that mean I can use the old computer, or do I need the vtec computer (I have it)?
