suggestions for ls interals build up

ok, i have decided that i want a turbo ls engine and want to run about 13-14psi on the ls motor. I also want the engine to with stand the boost pressure ill be putting on it. I have known that good internals are good insurance so what types of parts am i going to need to take the boost load? and also what types of companies are the "best of the best". I know crower makes good stuff but thats it. thanks in advance.

pauter, wiseco, arias, and crower make some good things.

I would also put a block gaurd in there as well for extra saftey. Forged pistons arpound 9.0 or 8.5 somewhere around that c/r and new rods like tibby01 said. Also get hondata you will be thankful if you do, trust me.

i think i have decided to go with some crower rods, and some new arias pistons w/ 8.8 compression ratio. i have looked at arias's website and 8.8 is the lowest c/r they make. those should work perfect right? i think im pretty sure those will work but i want to be sure. thanks in advance.

its all about tuning everything. it will not be a swap in and go type thing. when messing with internals, your going to need some tuning time on a dyno.
