Help!! Monitor install into "open" headrest on 04 civic SI/EX

I recently purchased a 04 Civic SI 2 Dr Coupe (In Canada, same as EX in the US). Anyway, I want to install an Alpine TME-580 into each of my 2 headrests. My problem lies in the fact that the headrests are the "open" type with the hole in the middle. I can find OEM headrests to match my vehicle without this hole because the 4 door headrests (without the opening) don't come in my interior color which is black.
I have looked for some auto trim places that can match my fabric and just recover the whole headrest but have not found any yet. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any suggestions?

I know exactly what you mean looked at my headrest and my first thought was swap the back for the front, well that aint going to work way to small..If that piece cant be order by honda deffinitly have the fabric matched..goodluck

those headrest tv things are nice for showcars. i like them to watch in the backseat during road trips
