91 4Runner for a 93 Chevy APV

I have been offered a trade of vehicles. I have a 93 chevy APV with 158k miles and in average condition (I have been trying to sell for a couple of months). Someone wants to trade me straight up for a 91 toyota 4Runner 4 door v6 with 152K miles. The book on the 4runner is about double that of the van. Am I missing something or should I jump all over it. The 4runner runs ok, the 4wd does not make any noises when ingaged or while driving, all the power windows and locks work. I am ready to make the deal but I am just looking for some encouragement. If anything the 4runner should be easier to sell than the van.
