"I have a 1994 Suburban (350 5.7) 4 Wl DRive. I have had to replace the Heater Core 6 times (thats right)in the last 6 months. The Core leaks in the same position. Have bought from different Vendors, with the 3rd I bought the lifetime warranty so I haven't had to pay for the last 3, but its a very big hassle changing them out. Changed thermostat, flushed system and all the normal remedies. Running the Green antifreez in system. Any Ideas??????";

Try having you system checked for the amount of pressure it has while it is running and hot. Radiator caps have been known to hold to much pressure in and your heater core could be the week link in the system. I would also check to make sure it isn't rubbing anywhere in the housing when you take it apart.
