I need manual for timing belt (chain) R & R 98 Caravan 3.0

I have a 98 Caravan 3.0 L. I need the R & R steps for the timing belt or chain. (The Dodge dealer says its a belt the Hanes book says its a chain) So I don't trust the Hanes book.
