I've never bought any rims from wheelmax or by Excel. Are they any good? I don't want any rims that will bent or break easily.

Re: Excel wheels from WheelMax....good? bad? stories?
Not sure if the wheels are any good, but i phoned them one night to enquire about a set of excel wheels. The guy was a bit of an ass on the phone.

Re: Excel wheels from WheelMax....good? bad? stories?
wheelmax often carries "B" rated rims, meaning that they are not up to par with the manufacturer specs. hence the low price. i too have ordered a set of rims from wheelmax, they told me that they were in stock and were gonna be shipped out asap. so i gave them my cc#and address. i waited and waited. i called them many times to speak with my salesman, but i got a bunch of excuses. and eventually i found out that my salesman no longer worked there. so i was told that the rims are on backorder (eventhough i was told that they were in stock) and that they would be in that same week. well another 2 1/2 weeks passed and still no rims. so i gave up and requested a refund. got a refund a week after i asked for one. all in all, pretty bad experience as you can see. hope this helps.
