How to replace relays?

I think a bad relay may be related to my 2001 Tahoe starting failure. Can I just pull these out of the circuit box or is there a tool to remove them? Thanks.

you can just pull them out but if the tops break of or some thing just us a small screw driver stick it under neath it thers a slot
