Performance Parts Please

I have a 03 B2300 Truck . I am craving performance parts for it . IE: Performance Chips, Cold Air induction, Exhaust or Something. If i buy a engine part for 2.3l Ford Ranger will it be the same ? Thanks for the Help. Any suggestion or help would be nice knowledge. PLEASE !
