maybe blown head gasket?

Does it always mean bad when the car spits antifreeze out of the cylinder when you turn the motor over?

why would antifreeze come through the cylinder first of all?

Did you have a plug removed or something? And was it alot? Antifreeze shouldn't be in the cylinder. If it ran before and it had antifreeze in the cylinder it would have smoked. Or were you working on it and maybe some leaked in and you didn't notice. If not it could be head gasket or dare I say it a cracked head
