a little dyno update...

I was having trouble reving above 5k before becuase of misfires, but it turned out my plugs were fouled. Well I got that fixed and decided to do a pull. We couldn't even rev past 6.5k now because the crappy internal wastegate is being forced open and bleeding boost. Wait till this mother revs 8500+. Next project.. equal length manifold with external wastegate conversion.

Yes it is a b16a with the greddy kit. All thats really left of the kit is the turbo and manifold. KrNxRaCer00, they made you a mod, holy shit?!?! Of course I did kind of see that coming. Anyways, look I bought last night. The external wastegate should fix my little problem...plus the manifold just looks plain bad-ass.

Yep it sure is... I know a couple people that have bought various items from that seller and so far they all seem happy with the stuff. Plus for $350, its not a bad deal, especially with the wastegate included.

KrNxRaCer00, I been meaning to ask, what are you plans for the type-r? Auto x, drag, etc.? Any serious mods planned?

eventually gonna strip it down and make it a road-racer/auto-x car.

most serious mods: NAWWWWWWWWWWWSSSSSSS, neons, an 19 in dubs....

jus need to pay it off 1st, then buy prolly jus a stock civic or something as a daily driven car.

Good plan for the type r. I would have kept the GSR as a daily and got a down payment for the type r elsewhere. You might be dissapointed driving a civic as a daily driver and having an ITR sitting at home.
