T-bird SC engine swap to 'Stang help

Aloha!
I have a wrecked '93 T-bird SC w/ 40K miles.
I would like to install the engine into a '98 V6 'Stang and am looking for some help/honest advice.
Perhaps I am being presumptive, but it seems the block should go in easily; 3.8l V-6 in both cases.
I don't want the project to run into extensive complications/mods, but am willing to do what it takes so long as the swap is pretty straight forward.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Mahalo!
Robin
