Some One Please Help!!!!!!!!

See I use to have sprint springs on my 96 dodge neon, and was really pleased with the ride and height after I cut one ring off of each. But I sold them because I was going to trade in my neon for a srt_4, but things didn't turned out as planned. I am putting my neon back to gether and im going trying to deside wether or not I should go with lowering springs or coil overs. I've seen some coil overs by RDX for a pretty good price and some others on E bay. But what I really want to know is if anyone out there has coil overs on there car, and if you do can you tell me how low your neon got and how the ride quality was.
