'93 Grand Am wont start

When we try to start it the engine turnsover but will not start.

did you check if you are getting spark to the spark plugs

well we know its not getting spark, but we have no idea how to find out whats causeing it to not get spark.

Okay I have one more question, how do you test the voltage on the crankshaft positioning sensor?
