Spring and shock rates for stock 6th gen suspension?

I'm trying to choose a suspension upgrade but I want to know EXACTLY how much I'm changing. I don't want to blindly pick a stiffer suspension even if it's a good brand. So i need to know the baseline I'm starting with.

Where can I find the spring and shock rates of the stock 6th gen EX suspension. And for comparison, what are the stock rates for the 6th gen Si?

My goal is not for the track, but for a sportier ride on my commuter.
