fuse in tailgate? 2001 dodge caravan

Help! Is there a hidden fuse in a 2001 dodge caravan which powers the liftgate wiper, rear defroster and the rear window washer? All quit at the same time. There is no fuse under the hood.

It sounds like the wiring harness is pinched. With the liftgate open at the top there should be a rubber enclosed harness on one or both sides. Pull down on the rubber until it comes out of the headliner area or the liftgate itself. Slide the rubber back off the wires and check for any pinching or binding of the wires. Correct ant problems you may find. With all 3 components failing at the same time it definately sounds like a wiring related problem.
