Help me ID these wheels (I think they are Racing Harts)

I picked them up from a friend, they have red decals that say "Racing hart" on the polished lip of the rim, they are 16x7 with a 40mm offset. I found a pick of the a racing hart wheel whos model name is "Tuner" and they look just like mine except the pic was of a 17x10 5lug (mine are 4 lug) version...so can someone help me out on what kinda of wheel it is and where I can get it...I have 3 good rims and the 4th is too damaged to repair....so I might just try and sell off the 3 good ones I have

My guess would be that it's the same wheel for a different application. Check with someone who sells that brand and they should be able to match it up by the part numbers on the back of your wheel.
