I have a 92 and the drivers window drags and will stop. I have to let it sit for a while then I can roll it up. I had the motor replaced when I got it (same problem) fixed for a while (5 years). Just as puzzled....

Re: windows dragging
Our 98 had this problem in both directions soon after we bought it. Mr. Goodwrench "fixed" it and it came back again a few years later. The trim panel on the door hasn't been the same since and I'm tired of American crap like this van. Gonna drive it into the ground and move to Toyota or Honda for my next NEW car purchase.

If you have access to service bullitens (through a nice dealer or ALLDATA), you'll see one on this issue. The plastic channel causes the problem. HotDog mentioned his trim panel hasen't been the same since the repair, the mechanic obviously did a poor job replacing this part.

Re: windows dragging
I have a 99 and seem to have the same problem on both the drivers and pasengers window. The driver's window stops going up and I replaced the window lift motor and go no improvement. The passenger window is just slow.
