Question 97 astro dies while driving, put in park and reset key and it will start and run.

My 97 astro just stops while driving. The chevy dealer replaced $600.00 worth of modules. Problem is back and dealer does not know what is wrong. After the van dies I can put it in park and turn the key off and on and it will normally start. It will run a couple of miles and die again. The van has been at the dealer for a week now, it dies for them but can't find the source. The van has 106,000 miles and has regular dealer service. battery and alternator replaced at 100,000 miles. Any ideas would be helpful.

I followed this guys lead and checked the connector he talks about and sure enough it was bad. I replaced it the connector yesterday evening and the van great again.
