super coupe runs rough

i have a 92 thunderbird super coupe. one minute it runs fine and without warning it will suddenly starts running rough. I pulled the codes and i got a 215 and a 217. we have already replaced the ignintion coil pack, module, spark plugs and wires. none have helped. we have been unable to diagnose further due to the intermittent nature of the problem. please help.
