ok i just bought a 98 Neon R/T in ehh november, so far i have Pacesetter Headers, High Flow Cat, Vibrant Exhaust, and intake performance wise, looks wise i have clear corners, blue underbodies, duel gauge pod, 17's, coilovers, and the money for a body kit...not all of this is installed obviously...but my question is, what would be the cheapest mods for the most HP?

no but if your lookin for power a turbo is the best buy for the money a ECU is a good but they give you around 20+ i heard

What kind of coil overs do you have on your neon? I am looking into getting some RDX coilovers, but my past history with weapon R coil overs was not very pretty . So did they lower your car or not, if so how low?

17's will fit on a neon? Someone told me that they wouldn't work and to stick w/16's.

hey dude listen up ecu is a good idea i put one one and it added about 13hp. i would screw the little upgrades, save your money and spend about 1100 and port polish your heads tell them u want a 3 or 5 angle valve job. trust me after this your will think your in a different car

only if the srt-4 turbo would fit the first gen neons...

there are plenty of these going around now, along with the srt-4 FMIC.

you want speed? do not throw on a bodykit, and invest in nitrous....cheap hp(well not too cheap)

lighten the car- remove the carpet, seats, aircon, audio..make as raw as possible

engine swap- find 2.4L engine for PT curiser

then turbo it.....
