what's your take on the holidays?

over-commercialized, "tis the season to be jolly", just another reason to party, same as any other day, what?

In addition to these, it's also a good time to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

in-laws. mine are all saints and church-going citizens who pay their taxes on time every year, who follows the rules, the laws, the book and whatnot to the letter. a bunch of uptight italians. lani, however, is the rebel, the black sheep of their family. she's a bad girl. just the way i like. and no, it wasn't fun trying to get them to like me as their daughter's husband. i still don't think her dad likes me very much still. what are you gonna do you know?

It's overcommercialized when Christ is removed from Christmas...

a.k.a. X-mas--- granted, a quick solution to long-hand, but I seem to think that no one remembers what came before the X...

I am not even saying that we should all run for the Churches and pray, either. Simplicity works wonders.
