Heeelp!....with muffler

I want to put a flowmaster 40 series on my 2003 Tacoma. I THINK that's a good idea? but... i dont even know which part number I need or even how big my exhaust is... help me boys! 2 1/4? 2.0? 2.5? I'm going for loud and I also cant decide on a single chamber or duel. Anysuggestions would be a big help. Thanks!

I'd say the size is about 2.5 and i would go with a dual chamber.
mine has a borla turbo muffler, sounds awsome, but expensive.
have them put dual pipes out the back, get some nice chrome
tips that are rolled on the end. if you take it to a shop. make
sure the dude welding can weld, when mine was put on
they fell off a few days later, i finally found someone to do
it right.

Same here. I went with Borla 1 in 2 out. I think the guys at the exhaust shop recommended 2" because of the dual out. Shouldn't make too much of a difference from 2.5". But go to a good shop because welding is very important.
